The current annual assessment rate is $330.00 per year payable annually on January 1.  Any assessment not paid within thirty days after the due date bears interest at the rate of eighteen percent per annum.  The Louetta Woods Community Association utilizes Community Asset Management, Inc. to manage billing and collection of assessment fees.
